Physical Activity Guidelines for Adults With Disabilities provides an overview of the national exercise guidelines for people with disabilities. Not only does the DVD review the research that has been done in this area, it also discusses strategies that can be undertaken to help ensure a successful exercise experience for adults who have physical or mental disabilities. In addition, the DVD details specific issues that must be considered when dealing with this particular population, as well as a number of exercises that would be appropriate for adults with disabilities.
